The Group’s next milestone is the setting up of its Charitable arm, Life Synergy Medical Foundation (LSFM), a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to supporting low-income patients and other underprivileged individuals facing medical, financial, and social challenges. The Foundation operates as the Group’s Charitable arm, to assist the low-income patients.

LSMF was incorporated on 17 September 2025 under the Trustees incorporation Act 1952 (Act 258) which falls under the purview of the Legal Affairs Division in the Prime Minister Department (BHEUU). Founded with the belief that access to healthcare is a right and not a privilege, LSFM provides a holistic approach to patient welfare—combining financial assistance, healthcare access, emotional care, and essential welfare aid.

LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre, the Group’s Healthcare Division, extends specialist consultations and diagnostic tests to needy individuals in line with our mission of ensuring early detection and early treatment for the communities we serve.

Caring Synergy Renal (CSR), the Group’s Hemodialysis arm, provides accessible and patient centred care to over 400 hemodialysis patients spread over 7 dialysis centres in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Patients at these Centres currently enjoy subsidized hemodialysis treatment, Iron and EPO injections, as well as routine blood tests and other essential care. Free transportation is also provided to patients in need helping to reduce the financial and practical barriers to assessing regular dialysis treatment.
